Charles County Depart of Health - Adult Evaluation and Review Service

Description of Services:

Our program provides comprehensive assessment and evaluations for disabled individuals who wish to receive personal assistance and other services in the community and age in place. We primarily serve individuals with Medicaid, but also assess and refer non-Medicaid recipients to other programs that may be able to provide assistance.

• Other insurance is acceptable, however in order to receive personal assistance paid by the State the individual must have Medicaid
