Description of Services:

We are an Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) specializing in mental and behavioral health services for children (ages 6 & up) and adults in underserved and at-risk communities. We offer a range of services, including: - Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) - Psychiatry/Medication Management - Therapy. Additionally, we provide local resources that help our clients manage day-to-day needs like housing, employment, transportation, food security & etc. Services can be conducted online, in-person, or hybrid.
